Glen View Athletics

 

GVHS Athletics competes in the Inland Empire Alternative School League against other alternative education high schools in Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

 

GVHS participates in the following four sports:

Slow-Pitch Softball (August-October)
Volleyball (October-December)
Basketball (January-March)
Soccer (March-May)

All teams if not separated by gender are played as Co-Ed depending on the number of participants that try out for the team. Student participation in GVHS athletics can earn credits in either Physical Education or Electives. All athletes eligibility is determined bi-weekly during the season, progress reports are given to each teacher and it is at the teacher discretion if the athlete is eligible or not for that week's competitions.
